My nephew married a girl who was not raised going to church at all. After they were married she received Jesus as her Lord and Saviour and has been learning about God and how to live a holy disciplined life. She is now on fire for God and walking in a holy boldness. Her granny at age 96 was admitted to the hospital about 6 weeks ago and often at night when sleeping would cry out, “you’re not taking me, you can’t take me, I’m not going with you.” (She was talking to demons.) My niece knew she had to talk to her granny so made a telephone call to her as she lived 80 miles away. She asked her mom to put the phone to her granny’s ear and she told her granny about Jesus. There wasn’t much of a response so prompted by her husband and Holy Spirit she drove to see her granny at the hospital the next day. She asked her family to leave the room as she needed time alone with her granny. She held her granny’s hand and led her in a prayer to receive Jesus as her Lord and Saviour. Her granny responded affirmatively. A few hours later her granny died peaceably in her sleep and went to be with Jesus in heaven. She died only a few days before her 97th birthday which was on Sunday March 1st  and more great news is that she spent it with Jesus her Lord.

On November 16, 2007, a day before his 70th birthday, my Husband and I were in our kitchen. I heard a painful moan and saw my husband Bob doubled over in extreme pain. Within 30 minutes He was unconscious and was rushed to a Hospital in a nearby city 40 minutes away from our home. My whole world changed in 30 minutes. He was diagnosed with severe Pancreatitis which was complicated by an infection that he contracted in the Hospital. They operated on Bob and the pancreas was removed but his condition went from bad to worse. By Christmas the Doctors gave me no hope. He was transferred to Intensive care were he was put on life support.

We are believers in a Jesus and His power to heal so our church body prayed for Bob’s healing daily and strength for me to walk in this path God had chosen for us. Our Pastor came to my side to encourage and also teach me how to live not by sight but by faith. It was a difficult time but I thank God for His Grace and mercy. He was so faithful and taught us to trust Him more and we experienced His love and peace in a greater way than before.

After 5 month in intensive care , my husband was taken to the surgical floor for recovery. He had to learn to walk again as his muscles were so weak . He was on a pic-line which gave him the nourishment he

needed to survive and now he was also a diabetic and had four needles of insulin a day. The surgeon could not close the large incision made by the operation as there was too much fluid in his abdomen and it constantly had to be drained. God gave us compassionate nurses and Doctors that looked after both of us. It was such a blessing to have a church Body rallying around us to pray and help and encourage us. After driving daily for 10 months to the Hospital, God allowed me to experience His Grace, a place of Peace and Joy in a difficult

Finally, with a lot of prayers and believing that God is a good God at all times and thanking Him

in everything, I was able to have my husband back home again. A year later another surgery occurred to close the abdomen by using skin grafts from Bob’s thigh. There were countless trips into the city some were emergencies and some were appointments. God was faithful and helped us through every trial and every situation. It took 7 years for Bob’s abdomen to completely close up but we did not lose hope.

The medical staff told us that Bob will never eat again nor will he be able to function normally. We believed the promises of our God that” by His stripes we are healed”. One year after Bob came home he was off the pic-line eating normal food and 2 years later he drove a car again and climbs ladders to fix things around the house.

Never give up trusting our Lord in all circumstances. Thank Him and praise Him in all things at all times and acknowledge that we serve a God who is greater than any trial or situation and you too will get to know a God who is a God of miracles a God that heals and wants to build His character in us so we can go out and encourage, and serve others and witness to them that there is a God who loves us all very much. Give your Life to Him today so you can have Life everlasting.

Ohio Testimony

Isaiah 53: 4-5

Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

 1) I, Donna, went to conference in Ohio in May 2014 and on the second day into the conference had an extremely bad dizzy spell. I couldn’t walk straight or see straight and the light hurt my eyes terribly. Mike asked me if I was ok and I said I needed to go lay down for a while in a dark room. After about 5 minutes my lips went numb and I knew I needed to go to the hospital. Mike called the ambulance. The neurologist said it looked like a stroke and proceeded to order tests to prove her suspicions. I spent the next 4 days having many tests done but the Doctor couldn’t find anything because the Lord was healing me as each of these tests were being done. When the Doctor discharged me she said I needed to have follow-up done back in Canada with another neurologist who did confirm in fact that it had been a stroke. It had caused me to be very tired and I needed a lot of rest. I am still walking out my healing and have only a residual weakness in my right arm. I give the Glory to God alone for the progressive healing that took place in my body. While I was in the hospital I was able to watch the conference on live streaming and I had a number of nurses watching it with me and it ministered to them as well. God is so good!

2) In October while ministering in Ohio I, Mike, had my message all prepared to deliver but as I went up to the pulpit the Lord told me to change it up. He had me tell a little of my experience of when I died and went to hell. Then He told to give an altar call. I knew that everyone that was there had already given their lives to the Lord and since these services were live streamed I knew it was for someone that was watching. This person was about to commit suicide and instead gave their life to the Lord. This was confirmed by 2 other people that night. Praise the Lord!

3) A revivalist minister, an acquaintance of mine, was admitted to the hospital to have tests done and was told he had cancer in the pancreas and lungs and so they scheduled him to have surgery. However, they scheduled him for the surgery at the same time that he was suppose to have a 5 or 6 day conference. Although he was in pain He trusted God and did not have the operation and did the conference instead. I was attending the conference and on the first night the Pastor of the church called me up to pray for him. The Lord showed me how to pray. First, to cast out the spirit of death and infirmity and then to pray peace and healing for him. I was not able to attend all the meetings but I did attend the last one. I walked in a few minutes late due to bad weather but when I did the revivalist stopped preaching to acknowledge that since I had prayed for him he was healed and had no pain. A short while after that I received and email from him stating that he had been back to the Doctor’s and they confirmed that indeed he was totally healed.
